Let me start by giving you a quick list of my favorite foods: Mac & cheese, mozzarella sticks, Alfredo pasta, and ice cream.

What do all these foods have in common? They’re incredibly creamy, rich, delicious, and lactose packed. Oh – and more importantly – they’re all foods on the LONG list of things I (and so many of my unfortunate lactose intolerant friends) cannot digest.

So here I am, blogging about all of my finds and fails of lactose free foods! I’ll share some amazing recipes, some tremendous fails, and other fun lactose-free content. Follow along – maybe we’ll all learn a thing or two. Or maybe we’ll just spend too much money buying obscure vegan ingredients like nutritional yeast, and resort to buying a pizza at the end of the day.
